We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and organized professional with 3-4 years of proven experience in government-related processes and purchases to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, financial documentation, and asset management with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory tracking and documentation of fixed assets.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Update and maintain accurate asset records in the system.
Perform data entry, reporting, and project coordination.
Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and procedures.
Support the team in identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
Utilize Oracle ERP system for financial entries, asset management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in government transactions and purchases is a must.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)/ Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
