To join growing interior design and fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in project-based or contracting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expense controls
Assist management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience (interior, construction, or contracting industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
