The ideal candidate will handle both accounting and administrative functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism when dealing with clients and senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports using
QuickBooks
.
Handle invoicing, petty cash, and supplier payments.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients and partners.
Support management with reporting, filing, and general office organization.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of accounting experience
in the UAE (preferred).
Proficient in
QuickBooks
and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent English communication skills -- written and verbal.
Highly
organized
,
presentable
, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in administrative support or office management is an advantage.
