Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly reports which shall include profit, loss, balance sheet, assets and liabilities, etc.
Speaks fluent English.
VAT return reporting and filing.
Preferred 1 year marketing experience.
Cold calling, registrations, follow ups, conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
Lead generation for business prospects in UAE market.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, accounts and promoting customer satisfaction.
Take responsible in responding to customer's inquiries received through email, messages and calls.
Process orders once Purchase Order has been received from customers.
Effectively communicate and interact with customers, executive management, internal and external customers.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
Ensures that terms of payment and terms of delivery are being followed before order and/or delivery will be processed.
Provide reports to team leaders on quotations sent and order processed.
Record/process accounts payable/receivable
Preference experience with accounts.
Priority on husband or father visa.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
2-3 years' experience in a similar role (any technical equipment product or service).
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint).
