Job Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years of experience working in the facilities management industry in UAE will be a plus.
Must have strong experience in Accounts receivable, credit control, and finance functions.
Must hold a UAE Driving License.
Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and overseeing the Finance, Accounting, and credit management of the organization.
Responsible and overseeing the effective collection of payments on behalf of the company
Oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
Monitor and manage the company\'s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and financial obligations.
Optimize working capital management, including inventory, receivables, and payables, to support business growth.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Preparing P&L Account and Balance Sheet or Income statement.
Preparing federal tax returns.

Assisting with annual audit preparations. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED4,382.82 - AED6,000.01 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
