Job Overview
As an Accountant at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, you will handle payment uploads, beneficiary registrations, and reconciliations across various escrow accounts, including TAS (RERA). You will work closely with the Accounts Payable, Projects, Global Solutions Team, and external banks to support payment accuracy, audit readiness, and month-end closings.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for documentation and payment processing
• Upload payments to TAS (RERA) and monitor for completion
• Maintain a manual tracker to prevent duplicate or missed payments
• Register beneficiaries and submit necessary documents to banks
• Liaise with banks for transaction follow-up and payment confirmation
• Monitor infrastructure escrow accounts and initiate fund requests as needed
• Reconcile transfers from escrow accounts and update ledgers accordingly
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or project finance, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and reconciliation processes
• Experience using TAS (RERA) and other financial platforms is a plus
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
