Record daily site expenditures, supplier payments, and petty cash transactions.
Monitor material delivery and labor-related costs on-site.
Collect, verify, and file vendor invoices, delivery notes, and work completion records.
Maintain accurate records of subcontractor payments and labor attendance sheets.
Prepare and send regular cost reports and cash flow updates to the main office.
Coordinate with the procurement and site engineer teams for verification of goods/services.
Communication & Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly expense reports for submission to the head office.
Provide accurate documentation and cost data to assist with project budgeting and forecasting.
Communicate with the main office regarding fund requests, supplier payments, and invoice approvals.
Participate in regular audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Administrative Support:
Manage office documentation including receipts, vouchers, and invoice filing.
Support in maintaining updated registers for materials, assets, and equipment usage.
Assist with staff attendance records and timesheets as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3 years of experience in accounting, preferably at a construction or project site.
Basic understanding of cost tracking and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
