. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic foundation, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for learners at different stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured lectures and tutorials for:
High School Students
(CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE or equivalent - Grades 9 - 12)
College Students
(B.Com, BBA, or Professional exams like CA Foundation, ACCA, CMA)
Design lesson plans and course content in line with academic syllabi and exam patterns.
Use interactive and practical teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective.
Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to track student progress.
Provide personalized guidance and doubt-clearing sessions as needed.
Maintain academic records, progress reports, and feedback for students and parents.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
Keep up-to-date with changes in curriculum and accounting standards (IFRS, Taxation, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field (M.Com, MBA).
Professional qualifications such as
CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA
are highly valued.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the school or college level.
Familiarity with school board curricula (CBSE, ICSE, or British curriculum).
Strong command over both
theory and practical problems
in accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with classroom and online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Smartboard, LMS).
Preferred Skills:
Experience teaching for
CA Foundation, ACCA, or other competitive exams
.
Ability to adapt teaching style to students' age and learning levels.
Creative teaching tools like games, real-life examples, and case studies.
Excellent English communication skill is a must
