We are urgently looking for Accountant Receivables to join our company in Sharjah
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Generating Sales invoices, account statements and Performing account reconciliations
Producing monthly Sales/Salesman/Material Supply reports to the management.
Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
Researching and resolving account discrepancies and bank reconciliation.
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate/complete and ensure timely and accurate processing of all account's receivables.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bills due to reminders for payment collections and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Handle VAT preparation and reporting. Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations.
Graduate of finance/ accounts & Knowledge in Tally system or accounting packages with Strong experience in VAT will be added advantages.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable position in the UAE
