Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end AR/AP processes. Preference will be given to candidates with healthcare industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cash flow management for our operations in Dubai.

Job Profile:

Accounts Payable:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain relationships with suppliers and respond to inquiries.

Accounts Receivable:

Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements. Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments. Post receipts and maintain accurate AR records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

General:

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven AR/AP experience.

Familiarity with

healthcare finance or medical billing processes

(preferred).

Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

(preferred).

Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
