Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and record daily journal entries and input accurate financial data into the accounting system.

2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).

3. Handle VAT filing and submissions as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

4. Manage FTA online portal, submit tax returns, and keep all tax information up to date.

5. Review purchase and sales invoices to ensure they comply with VAT laws and contain required details.

6. Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll.

7. Upload payroll data to the WPS system and ensure timely and accurate salary transfers.

8. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts on a regular basis.

9. Generate financial and analytical reports as requested by management.

10. Support internal and external audit teams with the required documents and reports.

11. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and financial regulations.

12. Manage fixed assets register and calculate monthly depreciation.

13. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and bank movements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and practices. Hands-on experience with WPS payroll system. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, SAP). Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines he / she can join immediately Age 23 to 35
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
