We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager-Cash Management Services to join our Cash Services team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of outsourced businesses i.e. outsourced Tellers & Cash Deposit Centre (CDC) Operations. This includes manpower management, customer SLA & relationship, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager outsource operations will have a strong understanding of human resources principles, experience in managing remote teams, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Financial

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outsourcing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure the optimal utilization of resources
  • Plan and submit the departmental budget, including CAPEX, OPEX, and personnel staffing, to strategically allocate resources and support departmental goals
Customer
  • Identify and address the unique needs of key decision-makers at both existing and potential clients by providing customized and impactful solutions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers and address any service-level agreement (SLA) violations
  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Process
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of outsourced operations, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track staff performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Recruitment team to ensure the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified and suitable staff
  • Oversee the daily cash reconciliation of CDC & Tellers sites. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records of staff information, including attendance, performance data, and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize outsourcing operations and reduce costs
  • Leverage system tools, solutions, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improving service levels and delivering exceptional value to our customers
  • Continuously seek input from team members, recognizing and respecting their diverse perspectives and motivations
Skills
Selection Criteria
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Outsourcing Operations or a related field
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in managing High Net Worth (HNW) Customers
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR/Business
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Suite applications
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
