Accounts Manager - I-Gaming

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners in the i-Gaming industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Revenue Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and acquisition initiatives.
  • Compliance and Regulation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and ensure that clients are informed and compliant.
  • Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns or changes.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial reports to clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing client accounts.
  • Customer Support:
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide clients with relevant information and updates on new features, promotions, and products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the i-Gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of i-Gaming products, platforms, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
