Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
Client Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. They ensure timely and effective communication to address client concerns and maintain satisfaction.
Account Growth and Retention: Developing strategies to grow revenue from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services. They also work to retain clients by ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate smooth project implementations or service deliveries.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. They prepare regular reports for management to assess account performance and strategize for improvements.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and clients, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
BS/BA Degree is a must.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
