The purpose of this position is to understand the du enterprise customer, listen to the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, offer end-to-end solutions as well as propose the right product/service mix with the right pricing relevant to the customer in order to increase or maintain the run-rate revenue and generate incremental revenue by actively cross and up-selling du solutions. Responsibilities:
Regular visits/contacts to assigned customers to proactively maintain the current business and up-sell/cross-sell du business products and solutions
Build strong pipeline for the assigned customer with quarterly and annual forecast
Follow up and coordinate with internal departments to effectively deliver service and requirement on a timely manner
Reporting to management with the required manual and automated reports and account plans
Ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s communication and resolve issues on timely manner to enhance du overall customer experience
Develop du new product and solution knowledge by attending relevant trainings, customer events and forums
Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and Marketing, business, etc
Excellent selling skills
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation, self-motivated, work under pressure, team player, and organization skills
Professional appearance and presentation required.
