Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to understand the du enterprise customer, listen to the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, offer end-to-end solutions as well as propose the right product/service mix with the right pricing relevant to the customer in order to increase or maintain the run-rate revenue and generate incremental revenue by actively cross and up-selling du solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Regular visits/contacts to assigned customers to proactively maintain the current business and up-sell/cross-sell du business products and solutions
  • Build strong pipeline for the assigned customer with quarterly and annual forecast
  • Follow up and coordinate with internal departments to effectively deliver service and requirement on a timely manner
  • Reporting to management with the required manual and automated reports and account plans
  • Ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s communication and resolve issues on timely manner to enhance du overall customer experience
  • Develop du new product and solution knowledge by attending relevant trainings, customer events and forums


  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and Marketing, business, etc
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation, self-motivated, work under pressure, team player, and organization skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation required.
