What You'll Be Doing:
Support Account Managers in daily client servicing tasks such as internal coordination, meeting scheduling, and campaign follow-ups.
Prepare, update, and analyze performance reports using tools like
Power BI
and
Google Sheets
to extract insights and track KPIs.
Document and track client feedback, campaign outcomes, and action items across accounts.
Conduct
market and competitor research
to support strategic planning and recommendations.
Maintain internal documentation, databases, and trackers for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (influencer, creative, operations, etc.) to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution.
Attend and shadow client and internal meetings to observe account strategy, performance reviews, and team workflows.
