The firm is a majority women-owned business Job Purpose: To support in the development and execution of internal communication strategies, plans, initiatives, campaigns, and activities for the client organisation, and to collaborate with the client and client's corporate functions and Entities to ensure that the strategic objectives, benefits, outcomes, and impact are communicated to the target audience(s). Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas: Client Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationship Collaborate with client functions and Entities, working to develop and complete internal communications strategy Develop and cultivate relationships with the client and external agencies, third-party vendors, as required Provide recommendations to client in a proactive manner, to maximise internal communications efforts and to anticipate any potential risks/ issues in order to achieve business results Contribute towards internal communications initiatives that meet the target audience's objective Cultivate positive client presence with key stakeholders Scope of Work: Communications / Content Development / Stakeholder Management / Reporting Support client in creating, drafting, and updating internal communications content, including internal circulars, newsletters, intranet content, video scripts, talking points, or similar (digital, audio-visual, written) for functions, Entities, and stakeholders. Execute internal communication plans in line with client organisation's mission, vision, values, and objectives. Support in launching new internal projects, programmes, and channels. Collaborate with Entities, functions, stakeholders, and teams to ensure consistent and integrated internal communications. Measure and report the effectiveness of internal communications, where possible. Facilitate internal communication best practices. Implement new processes and mechanisms for employee feedback. Perform other related duties or assignments as required. Knowledge Strong knowledge and understanding of internal communications and influencing techniques. Strong knowledge of internal communication channels, platforms, processes, and tools. Previous use and understanding of Content Management Systems would be beneficial. Ability to deal with people from all levels across the organisation with varying backgrounds. Ability to develop and maintain successful professional relationships. Excellent written and verbal communications in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Technical Support Provide technical support to client on operational communication matters, communication issues and risks, and improvements on existing internal communications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive and more senior-level roles in internal communications. Preferably, experience in a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or working in various industries, or as an Account Manager in a strategic communications agency. Additional relevant experience in technology or investment industries is an advantage.
