Account Manager – Government Campaigns

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Account Manager to oversee the execution of a major digital transformation and awareness campaign in the UAE. The role requires exceptional coordination skills across marketing, media, on-ground activation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with the client team, ensuring updates, feedback, and approvals are aligned.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to deliver campaign elements on schedule.
Follow up on content delivery, production timelines, vendor management, and logistics.
Oversee campaign execution across social media, WhatsApp, on-ground activations, radio, and influencer channels.
Ensure messaging and visuals remain consistent with brand guidelines and strategy.
Handle documentation, meeting minutes, and weekly status reports.
Track tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder input across departments.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing, media, or creative agency.
Strong knowledge of media planning and campaign execution (including digital and on-ground).
Prior experience with government or public sector campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail.
Solution-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
