About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will use your proven experience to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers, and ensuring they're engaged with the Doctify platform.
This role sits within an exciting, energetic and hardworking team. Initially, you will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce. You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job - just arrive with an appetite to learn!
