Job Description

We're looking for a

dynamic Account Manager

with strong

creative leadership skills

to join our growing digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate is

client-focused, results-driven,

and passionate about delivering impactful campaigns that connect brands with their audiences.

What You'll Do



Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.

Manage and grow client accounts

, ensuring campaigns meet business objectives. Lead

creative planning sessions

, guiding the team from concept to execution. Oversee

digital campaigns across multiple platforms

, ensuring performance and quality.

Monitor results

, provide insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Prepare and deliver

presentations, proposals, and performance reports

. Ensure all projects are

delivered on time, on brand, and within budget

.

What We're Looking For



3+ years of experience

in a marketing or advertising agency. Proven expertise in

digital marketing, account management,

and

creative project execution

. Strong

strategic thinking, communication, and presentation

skills.

Bilingual (Arabic & English)

- fluency in both written and spoken communication is required. Ability to

manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and creative teams

simultaneously. Solid knowledge of

social media, digital platforms,

and

content creation best practices

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
