We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic AV+ELV Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Job Overview: As an AV+ELV Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of AV+ELV projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the company in the Abu Dhabi region. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our AV+ELV solutions and services. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi market, leveraging your industry expertise and network to expand the company\'s clientele. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of AV+ELV projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively communicating with cross-functional teams and clients. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and pricing strategies, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of AV+ELV systems and technologies, staying updated with industry trends, and effectively communicating the technical aspects to clients and internal teams. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical and sales teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the AV+ELV industry. Proven track record in sales, business development, and project management. Strong technical knowledge of AV+ELV systems, equipment, and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and industry regulations. Benefits:
