You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing brand and advertising projects from briefing to delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that meet both client expectations and agency standards
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management across branding and creative deliverables
Manage timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and client communication
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists, and copywriters to align on project goals and timelines
Understand client business, brand, goals, and target audience to guide creative and strategic output.
Translate client briefs into actionable project plans and creative deliverables
Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve any roadblocks
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project
Ensure all work is aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations
Prepare and present project status reports and post-project evaluations
Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
5 years
of account management experience in a
branding, advertising or creative agency
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proven success in managing
branding, identity and campaign
projects
Strong understanding of creative processes, branding strategy, and marketing deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communication
Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp etc)
Experience working with designers, strategists, and copywriters
Knowledge of creative processes and branding best practices
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred
