This is Sales and Account Management role.

Role description

The B2B Key Account Executive is responsible for facilitating on-going business relationships with the assigned accounts and providing support and service to the business clients on a day-to-day basis. Managing existing key accounts to achieve assigned targets, meet objectives of retention and further account development, and onboard new clients within GCC.

Account Executive responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven B2B Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients. Understand their business goals, challenges, and needs to offer customized solutions that align with their objectives. Serve as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market segment. Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Provide valuable market feedback and insights to help improve products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present our products/services to potential clients. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and how they can address clients\' pain points and deliver value. Articulate the unique selling points and benefits to effectively close deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely follow-up to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors\' activities. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities, positioning strategies, and areas for differentiation.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Generate regular reports and analysis to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience required

  • Experience of CRM and LMS systems
  • Understanding of loyalty and rewards applications
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
