Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant cum Document Controller to support our accounting department and manage important documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting with payroll, and ensuring timely filing and retrieval of documents. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in document management systems.

Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoice processing and financial record-keeping. Manage and organize financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies. Perform data entry and assist with accounting reports. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents. Coordinate document flow and ensure accessibility for team members. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and business documents.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
