About The Job
Oversee the daily operations of the labour camp, ensuring all facilities are functional and well-maintained.
Manage resident check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and inventory management of furniture and amenities.
Enforce all camp rules, regulations, and company policies, particularly those related to health, safety, and security.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential health hazards, fire risks, or security breaches.
Liaise with the maintenance team or external contractors to promptly address all repair and maintenance requests (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues).
Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all common areas, kitchens, and washrooms.
Oversee waste management and sanitation processes to maintain a hygienic environment.
Manage the inventory of camp supplies, such as cleaning materials, toiletries, and bedding.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
