Job Purpose:
The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for employees. This role involves supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and facility services while maintaining compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the overall operations of employee accommodation.
Ensure rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet company hygiene standards.
Monitor daily housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve repair issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, room allocations, and inventories.
Enforce accommodation rules, policies, and health & safety standards.
Handle staff concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Prepare and submit reports on accommodation status, utilities usage, and maintenance needs.
Monitor suppliers/contractors providing services such as pest control, laundry, and facility upkeep.
Ensure compliance with government regulations related to staff housing and labor accommodations.
Support HR/Admin in smooth check-in and check-out process for employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Administration (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Accommodation Supervisor / Camp Boss / Housekeeping Supervisor.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Ability to handle multicultural staff and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
