Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accommodation department, including housekeeping and front desk staff. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet our standards.
Guest Services:
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and to their satisfaction.
Room Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation meet our quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and guest amenities. Order and replenish supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in accommodation or housekeeping. Relevant experience in a similar setting is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve guest issues and operational challenges.
