Oversee reception, check-in/check-out, reservation management and invoicing.
Train and supervise reception staff on service standards and procedures
Ensure a high level of quality of service
Manage small catering: organization, supplies, relations with suppliers, stock management.
Supervise and lead a small team (2-3 people): recruitment, training, development of schedules
Manage budgets, produce reports, propose corrective actions.
Resolve customer grievances promptly and courteously to ensure an overall memorable experience.
Enhance the establishment's image and build customer loyalty
Monitor and supervise the quality, cleanliness, hygiene and safety procedures of all front office departments through daily inspections.

Job Requirements
Education
: Minimum Bac +2 in hotel and catering or hotel management with 2 years of experience in a similar position
Qualities

Skills
: Strong leadership and teamwork skills; proficiency in strategy development, hotel management software, cost management, marketing and sales; excellent organizational and communication skills
