Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice to our clients in developing the vision, setting priorities and implementing their business strategies.

Help clients navigate and capitalize on the energy transition and digital transformation.

Analyze markets, design new cutting-edge business models, facilitate growth strategy and investment decisions.

Expand their trading and risk management capabilities through data-driven analysis.

Develop agile operating models, setting them up for future success.

Execute on strategic initiatives and capture value.

Strengthen relationships with clients to sustain Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

Contribute to thought leadership on the future of energy, food and raw materials, and how our clients and other stakeholders should position themselves.

You have a flair for breaking down problems into logical parts and constructing clear reasoning and analyses, using quantitative analysis methods, statistics & data-driven thinking.

You have energy and drive, a passion for continuous learning and mastering new topics, and an understanding of how forces like digital and the energy transition will shape the future business landscape.

You are an effective communicator and a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in people.

\xe2\x80\x8bRequired Experience

4 or more years of experience in the consulting industry or equivalent by being exposed to one or more of the following industries: energy, chemicals, soft commodities, agriculture, metals, mining, utilities, transportation, consumer goods, or capital markets

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with 4 or more years of prior experience in driving insights using data.

You\xe2\x80\x99re familiar with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques, and you have experience in research and data analysis, digital, analytics, and/or applied intelligence, as well as business case development

You understand how global markets work, have a grasp of commodity trends and you\xe2\x80\x99ve worked in commodity marketing and trading industries

You have experience in energy, the energy transition, metals and mining, agriculture and/ or sustainability

You\xe2\x80\x99re a natural at leading or contributing to teams and delivering complex strategy or consulting engagements.

Arabic speaker preferred.
