The Academic Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high academic standards across the academy by supporting and training teachers, reviewing and auditing student reports, and ensuring consistency in teaching quality and academic delivery. The role plays a key part in monitoring performance, implementing academic policies, and continuously improving the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, support, and mentor teachers to ensure effective lesson delivery and adherence to the academy's academic standards.
Review, audit, and approve student academic reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Monitor teaching quality through class observations, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
Ensure academic content, lesson plans, and assessments align with the academy's curriculum and objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Maintain academic documentation, reports, and quality assurance records.
Collaborate with management to enhance academic systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure a high level of student progress tracking and academic outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in teaching, academic coordination, or academic supervision.
Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple academic tasks efficiently.
