Role Summary
We are hiring
Academic Counselors
with a strong background in
inside sales or telesales
within the
education or EdTech industry

Key Responsibilities
Contact and counsel prospective learners via
inbound/outbound calls
.
Recommend suitable training and certification programs based on their goals.
Convert
pre-qualified leads
into successful admissions.
Meet and exceed
monthly enrollment targets
.
Maintain accurate records using
CRM
and submit
daily MIS reports
.
Provide expert follow-ups and ensure high learner satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for
seamless onboarding
.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of UAE experience
in inside sales, telesales, or academic counseling (Education/Training/EdTech preferred).
Strong
communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.
Proficiency in
CRM systems, Excel, and MIS reporting
.
Target-driven with a passion for helping professionals grow.
Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and work independently
.
Immediate availability
is mandatory.
