Role Overview
Eduhub Institute is seeking a targetdriven and skilled Academic Counselor to join our Inside Sales team This position requires excellent communication abilities a customerfocused mindset and the drive to convert highquality leads into successful enrollments in our certification programs
Key Responsibilities
Counsel working professionals through inbound and outbound calls to guide them on suitable training programs
Convert provided leads into enrollments by identifying learner needs and career goals
Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in the CRM system
Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports with higher management
Follow up with prospective learners and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with training support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and learner satisfaction
Stay informed on all Eduhub course offerings and industry trends
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAEbased experience in telesales inside sales or academic counseling in the education or EdTech industry
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
High proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting
Goaloriented professional with a proactive and multitasking approach
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
