We are seeking a dynamic and visionary

Academic Director - Program Delivery and Quality Assurance

to lead, oversee, and ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs across our institution. This role requires strategic leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to academic excellence and compliance with accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to uphold the highest standards of program quality and learner outcomes.

Program Delivery & Management

Oversee the effective delivery of all academic programs (Diploma, UG, PG, and Professional Courses). Ensure curriculum alignment with international academic standards and learning outcomes. Develop strategies to enhance teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and learner engagement. Supervise academic timetabling, resource allocation, and trainer deployment. Monitor faculty performance and implement continuous professional development initiatives.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Design and implement academic quality assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Monitor academic KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., Ofqual, QAA, local Ministry of Education standards). Lead internal audits, self-evaluations, and readiness for external quality assessments. Collect, analyze, and report on academic performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead and mentor academic teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Serve as a liaison with university partners, accreditation bodies, and educational regulators. Provide strategic input into new program development, curriculum design, and industry alignment. Contribute to student grievance resolution, academic policy updates, and risk management.

Requirements:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Education, Management, or a relevant academic field. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in academic administration, quality assurance, or program management in higher education. Sound knowledge of international academic frameworks, QA systems, and accreditation processes. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and academic performance monitoring tools. Experience working with cross-functional academic teams and international partnerships is highly desirable.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
