Academic Coordinator
to join our academic team and support the smooth functioning of student services, academic processes, and university liaison tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and complete
university application forms
for students accurately and within deadlines.
Prepare, review, and send
student offer letters, admission letters, and scorecards
.
Handle
student queries
via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Maintain and update student academic records, files, and databases.
Assist in the preparation of academic transcripts, certificates, and other official documents.
Support in
exam scheduling, assignment tracking, and class coordination
when required.
Prepare and share course study materials and academic updates with students.
Provide
administrative support
to the academic team and faculty, including scheduling classes and recording sessions.
Ensure compliance with academic policies, guidelines, and accreditation requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of academic and student support services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Preferred prior experience in academic coordination, student services, or administration in an educational institute.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in
MS Office, Google Workspace, and email correspondence
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
Professional, student-focused, and approachable personality.
Candidates must have their own UAE residence visa.
