We are looking for experienced Academic Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admissions inquiries, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and achieving admissions targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Address potential students' inquiries about our programs and the admissions process promptly via calls, emails, and chat.
Help prospective students understand how our programs can enhance their careers, ensuring timely conversion from leads to enrollments while guiding them smoothly through the admissions process.
Plan and execute strategies to improve admissions performance and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Conduct demos for prospective students.
Liaise with corporate clients, institutions, and agents to promote programs and facilitate group admissions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to generate enrollment pipelines.
Generate regular reports on admissions performance, lead conversion, and pipeline tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
3-5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the EdTech
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to guide prospective students through the enrollment process effectively with effective negotiation skills.
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the education sector.
Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, Internet tools, eLearning platforms, and CRM systems.
Education/EdTech Admissions: Minimum 2 years
