Academic Advisor
Job Description
Exeed College is looking for a proactive Academic Advisor to guide students, provide program information, support admissions, and help them make informed academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
Advise on programs, courses, and admission requirements
Conduct program demonstrations for prospective students
Manage admissions process from lead to enrollment
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
Implement strategies to meet enrollment targets
Collaborate with academic and admissions teams
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years in academic advising, student recruitment, or admissions
Proven success in meeting enrollment targets
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Organized, and proficient in MS Office & CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
