Job Responsibilities
As a
Sales Executive / Course Advisor
, you will play a key role in driving enrollments and guiding students toward their beauty career goals. Your duties include:Proactively calling and engaging
potential leads interested in our beauty courses.Providing detailed information
about course offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities.Conducting consultations
to understand student needs and recommending suitable programs.Closing enrollments
with a consultative and persuasive approach.Maintaining CRM records
and ensuring accurate follow-ups.Updating time sheets
and tracking sales performance metrics.Requirements
?
2+ years of proven experience
in sales, education consulting, or a similar role. ?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(English required;Tagalog or Arabic is a plus
). ?Tech-savvy
with proficiency inMS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
. ?Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
with a track record of meeting sales targets. ? Passion for the beauty industry and helping students achieve their dreams.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
