Job Title: Senior AC Technician Company: Quad Technical Service L.L.C Location: Business Bay, Dubai Job Type: Contract, Full-time Contract Length: 24 months Salary: Up to AED 3,000.00 per month License/Certification:
  • UAE Manual Driving License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
  • Dubai (Preferred)

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
About Quad Technical Service L.L.C: Quad Technical Service L.L.C is a leading technical service provider located in Business Bay, Dubai. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior AC Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances.
  • Plan, monitor, install, and adjust a full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment using an energy management system through hands-on work.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and equipment, ensuring peak efficiency and energy conservation.
  • Perform installation of mechanical systems, including piping and modifications to existing cooling systems.
  • Utilize and update blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s files, and other record-keeping.
  • Monitor work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to the supervisor.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on various HVAC equipment and industrial systems.
  • Undertake duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior AC Technician with hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems.
  • UAE manual driving license (Preferred).
  • Ability to work in Dubai and relocate before starting work (Preferred).
