Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

AC Technician

with hands-on experience in

FCU and AHU systems

, along with general

AC maintenance, cleaning, and installation

work.
You'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for precision, reliability, and exceptional customer service across Dubai's homes and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

routine maintenance, deep cleaning, and servicing

of

FCU (Fan Coil Units)

and

AHU (Air Handling Units)

. Diagnose faults and perform repairs on residential and commercial AC systems. Handle

coil cleaning, filter replacement, motor checks

, and ensure system efficiency and air quality standards. Support

AC installation projects

, including ducted, split, and package units as required. Assist with

renovation-related mechanical works

, ensuring smooth integration of HVAC systems into new or refurbished spaces. Record service details, parts used, and recommendations for follow-up visits. Communicate clearly with clients on site -- explaining issues, solutions, and preventive measures. Uphold company safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of AC maintenance or renovation work (UAE experience preferred).

Language:

Must speak and understand

English

License:

UAE driving licence is advantageous but not a must.

Skills:

Knowledge of FCU and AHU systems (mandatory). Basic understanding of duct, drain, and refrigerant line systems. Ability to handle electrical troubleshooting and compressor maintenance. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, respectful, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
