We are seeking a skilled
AC Technician cum Driver
with experience inbuilding maintenance and fit-out projects
.Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair
split, package, ducted, and VRF/VRV AC systems
. Carry outpreventive and corrective maintenance
for HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and retail properties. Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot AC issues efficiently. Perform AC-related works duringfit-out projects
, including ducting, piping, insulation, and testing. Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other technicians. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition. Drive company vehicle to transport manpower, materials, and tools to project sites. Maintain proper job records, service reports, and checklists. Follow company HSE rules and UAE regulations at all times.Requirements
ITI / Diploma in
HVAC / Air Conditioning
or relevant technical qualification. Minimum3-5 years of UAE experience
in AC maintenance and fit-out works. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, fault diagnosis, and repair. Ability to read basic drawings and understand site instructions.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
. Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage). Physically fit and able to work in site condition.Salary & Benefits
