Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead duct installation teams, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and on schedule. Interpret and execute HVAC drawings, duct layouts, and specifications. Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, materials, and tools as required. Oversee fabrication, installation, insulation, and alignment of GI, PI, and flexible ducts. Ensure proper installation of accessories such as dampers, diffusers, grilles, and insulation materials. Coordinate with other trades (electrical, plumbing, civil) to avoid conflicts during installation. Inspect ongoing and completed work for compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Report progress, material shortages, and issues to the site engineer or project manager. Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and housekeeping. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and project specifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field.Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in HVAC duct installation, including at least 1 years in a supervisory or foreman role.Knowledge:
Familiar with HVAC drawings and ducting standards (SMACNA, DW144, etc.) Experience with GI, PI, and flexible duct systems. Understanding of site safety and quality requirements.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 per month
