Job Description
We are looking for
AC Foreman with Min 7 years of UAE experience in High Rise Buildings, Villa and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on construction sites. Oversee installation of AC systems (split, ducted, chilled water, package units, VRF/VRV, etc.). Read and interpret HVAC/shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with site engineers, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure quality and compliance of all HVAC installations as per project and safety standards. Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports for submission. Handle troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as per schedule. Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants/clients when required.
Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related trade. Minimum
7 years of experience
in HVAC supervision withinbuilding construction projects
(residential, commercial, or industrial). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation techniques. Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform quantity take-offs. Familiarity with HVAC standards and codes. Good communication and leadership skills. Proficient in using basic MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.Job Type: Full-time
