We are seeking a dedicated

AC Duct Cleaning Team Leader / Mold Removal Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our duct cleaning and mold remediation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC cleaning, mold removal, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain client satisfaction. A valid UAE driving license is required to operate company vehicles and lead teams across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead teams of technicians in AC duct cleaning and mold removal projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. Manage the scheduling and coordination of team activities, resources, and equipment. Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of mold issues and AC system cleanliness. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and safety practices. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during projects and offer effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any challenges faced. Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are available and maintained in good working condition. Perform quality control checks to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental standards. Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss safety, procedures, and job performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in AC duct cleaning and mold removal, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, mold remediation techniques, and cleaning equipment. In-depth understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to mold removal and duct cleaning. A valid UAE driving license is required for operating company vehicles. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to assess and troubleshoot technical issues on-site. Physical ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and elevated work areas. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC cleaning, mold remediation, or related fields is preferred. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
