Ac Duct And Coil Cleaner
Job Description
We are looking for an experience duct cleaner and coil cleaner.
Responsibilities
Execute proper duct cleaning techniques
Maintain vehicle supplies and cleanliness
Perform indoor and outdoor AC coil cleaning by removing fan motor blowers.
Maintain, service, repair, and replace motors, blowers, compressors, coils, bearings, belts, and related control components; checks all safety and control devices, repairing or replacing when needed
Clean up on job site.
Dependability, reliability and punctuality
Ability to use tech equipment to process work orders/invoices on site
Deliver 100% customer satisfaction
Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
Perform and track maintenance activities.
Perform other related work as assigned.
Requirements
(2) years experience in the HVAC trade for residential and commercial properties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
