Location: Dubai, City Walk Area

Abaya Shop Manager

oversees daily operations, drives sales, and ensures high-quality customer service for traditional and modern modest wear boutiques. The job holder will be required to bridge retail sales with boutique production, requiring expertise in fashion trends, inventory management, VIP customers handling, vendor management, shop management and maintenance coordination, reporting and analytics, market and competition research, team management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Sales Management:

Managing daily store operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring the achievement of targets (KPIs). Profit and loss control.

Customer Experience:

Providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and handling bespoke requirements.

Inventory & Production Control:

Coordinating with tailors for custom orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring quality control for abayas and jalabiyas.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store to attract customers.

Team Leadership:

Training and motivating staff. Daily/weekly/monthly staff allocation and management.

Vendor/Supplier Coordination.

Shop maintenance management

Candidate Profile

Experience:

3-5+ years in fashion retail, with specific experience in abayas or luxury fashion preferred. Previous experience in the UAE/GCC is often required. Ability to take

accurate measurements

and assist customers with fitting.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of current abaya styles, fabrics, and tailoring. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Languages

: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
