Posh Abaya, a leading modest clothing brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in

Sharjah Branch

The ROLE:

The ideal candidate should have local or in GCC a female fashion experience with excellent communication and customer service skills and be passionate about fashion.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations Maintain knowledge of product , current sales and promotions Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS) Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store Meet and exceed sales targets Participate in inventory management , stock replenishment and follow sops and guidelines. Communicate with management regarding customer feedback and product requests
Minimum Requirements:

Experience in UAE Fashion/Clothing Retail: 2-5 years Abaya Retail experience: 1-2 years Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for fashion and style Ability to work in a team environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays Willing to work across different branches Proficient in Arabic and English

Must be based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
