ABA Supervisor
MindChamps is inviting applications for the position of ABA Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement evidence-based ABA strategies
Supervise and train ABA Department staff
Monitor client progress through data analysis
Collaborate with parents, school and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Preferably from Psychology / Special Education Background
- BCaBA / QBA certification (mandatory)
