Job Description

We Milestones Rehabilitation Center, a leading autism treatment and rehabilitation Center serving families of determination with pride since 2020, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic RBT/ABA therapist to join our team in Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai,.

About the role:



Implement techniques based on Applied Behaviour Analysis during 1:1 therapy sessions and group with children with autism and related disorders in the center, home, or school settings. Implement structured and individualized treatment programs designed by a Clinical Supervisor, including skill acquisition programs and behavioral plans. Collect data and maintain documentation pertaining to each child's program. Submitting Reports timely and have a track on the documents. Provide ongoing guidance within each client's individual program, ensuring each client's continued progress Performs other tasks and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills, and experience required for the job, as assigned by the BCBA or supervisor
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

RBT/ABA Therapy: 2 or more years (Preferred) Bachelor in Psychology or related field Verbal Behavioral Therapy experience Required
License/Certification:

RBT/ABAT (Preferred)
We prefer candidates with own/spouse visa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

ABA Therapist: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:

RBT/ABAT/IBT Certification (Required)
Expected Start Date: 30/08/2025
