Minimum of 1 year of experiance as a Case Manager and must be familiar with assessment tools - VBMAPP, ABBLS & AFLS
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BCBAs/QBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
Coordinate therapy schedules and monitor session attendance and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding ongoing care and updates
Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing client data and progress reports
Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and orientation
Conduct staff training and induction
Attend regular supervision meetings with BCBAs/QBAs to review cases
Communicate effectively with therapists to ensure program fidelity and consistency
Monitor timelines for reassessments, progress reviews, and insurance or funding requirements
Contuct progress report & assessment report meeting with parents and also parents training when required.
Ensure all case documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with policies
Assist with training and support of therapy staff as directed by the supervising BCBA/QBA
