Job Description
Position: 7 Ton Pickup Driver
Salary : 2000 AED
Location : Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a 7 ton pickup truck to transport goods and materials to various locations within Abu Dhabi.
- Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Load and unload goods and materials from the truck using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inspect the truck and ensure that it is in good working condition before and after each trip.
- Maintain accurate records of goods and materials transported, delivery times, and any incidents or delays.
- Communicate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and any changes to the route.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, and maintain a safe driving record.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in driving 7 ton pickup trucks.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to read and understand maps, GPS systems, and delivery instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy loads.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
